Job Description

We're Hiring: MERN Stack Developer

Location: Kolkata, India

Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About Us:

We're building modern SaaS platforms with robust multi-tenant capabilities and cutting-edge architecture. If you're passionate about scalable systems, clean code, and solving real-world problems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and MongoDB

Implement backend services, APIs, and serverless functions

Integrate with tools like Supabase for auth, DB, and storage

Collaborate with the product team on architecture, design, and scaling strategy

Optimise frontend and backend performance for real-world usage

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development (React + Node)

Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React, and MongoDB

Familiarity with Supabase, or similar BaaS (Firebase, Appwrite)

Solid understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL)

Experience with multi-tenant systems, role-based access, and session management

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps knowledge

Good to Have:

Experience working on production-ready SaaS apps

Knowledge of Stripe or other subscription billing tools

Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing

Interest in product thinking and UI/UX best practices
