Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager, located in Bilaspur. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training insurance consultants, driving and achieving sales targets, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves leading sales initiatives, analyzing sales data, and creating strategies to enhance business growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and provide exceptional service to clients. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong leadership, team management, and training skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills and ability to develop strategic approaches Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets
