Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi for the role of Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. The candidate will oversee team performance, ensure sales targets are achieved, and develop sales strategies to strengthen the market reach. In addition, the role involves fostering client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of agents effectively.
Sales and marketing skills, including creating strategies, meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in planning, organization, and goal setting to ensure both individual and team performance aligns with organizational objectives.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of regional market dynamics and customer preferences in Ranchi will be an added advantage.
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications or training in insurance or sales management are a plus.
