Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dwarka. As an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will oversee and manage the agency model channel by recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of insurance advisors. Your primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the professional development of your team. You will also work to identify and seize market opportunities to build a strong network of insurance advisors for expanding the business.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills with experience in driving targets and achieving revenue goals.
• Team Management and Leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and mentor advisors or sales professionals effectively.
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management and communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction and foster trust.
• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and optimize business growth.
• Knowledge of the health insurance sector is preferred; a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or related fields is highly desirable.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
