Description

The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the agency, driving sales growth, and managing a team of agents. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate their team and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency sales targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to promote agency growth.
