Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Agency Development Manager. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring local agency partners to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include business planning, identifying market opportunities, fostering agent performance, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring goals related to premium income and client acquisitions are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in recruitment, relationship building, and agent development
• Strong sales and client acquisition expertise, with a proven track record
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire agency partners
• Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the insurance and financial services industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with relevant experience in sales management or insurance agency development
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet business targets
