Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the

    regional after-sales / service team

    of service engineers and support staff.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of engineering products at

    customer sites

    .
  • Handle

    customer support, troubleshooting, and service operations

    efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Train, guide, and monitor service engineers to achieve service excellence.
  • Coordinate with customers for timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain service reports, track team performance, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Products Exposure Preferred:

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

    with

    2 to 6 years of experience

    in after-sales / service supervision.
  • Strong exposure in managing

    field service teams

    and handling customer requirements at site.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel

    to customer locations as per requirement.
