Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
regional after-sales / service team
of service engineers and support staff.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of engineering products at
customer sites
.
Handle
customer support, troubleshooting, and service operations
efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Train, guide, and monitor service engineers to achieve service excellence.
Coordinate with customers for timely resolution of technical issues.
Maintain service reports, track team performance, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Products Exposure Preferred:

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
with
2 to 6 years of experience
in after-sales / service supervision.
Strong exposure in managing
field service teams
and handling customer requirements at site.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel
to customer locations as per requirement.
