Job Summary

The Service Advisor for Bikes acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate repairs or maintenance, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and transparent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand bike service or repair requirements
Inspect bikes visually and record customer complaints accurately
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and explain costs and timelines to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure correct diagnosis and repairs
Follow up on service progress and keep customers informed
Recommend preventive maintenance, service packages, and genuine spare parts
Ensure quality checks are completed before bike delivery
Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related complaints
Maintain service records and update job status in the system
Support warranty claims and service campaigns as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree (preferred, not mandatory)
3–7 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a two-wheeler service environment
Good understanding of motorcycle systems and basic mechanical knowledge
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer skills (service software, billing systems)
