Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the service team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support
Ensure timely breakdown resolution and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with customers to ensure high service satisfaction
Manage service schedules, spare parts planning, and warranty support
Train and guide service engineers on troubleshooting and best practices
Maintain service documentation and performance reports

Requirements:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
5+ years of experience
in CNC Fiber Laser and/or Plasma Cutting Machines
Strong knowledge of laser sources, cutting heads, controllers, drives, and plasma systems
Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel for customer support
