Role Description

• This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, developing and executing marketing strategies, and tracking performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential affiliate partners, maintaining communication with current partners, and analyzing data to optimize campaigns. The role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive growth and revenue. The person needs to analyze market opportunities and design the foundational framework to kickstart the company’s affiliate marketing strategy. Identify and distinguish good and bad offers and increase raffic, conversions, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Online Marketing
• Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing strategies and best practices
• 2-3 years in affiliate marketing with proven results.
• Hands-on experience managing at least $10K+ monthly campaign spend.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms.
• Strong Communication skills for partnership management and collaboration
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Affiliate dashboards).
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
