Job Title Affiliate Marketing SpecialistWorking days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)Location AhmedabadExperience: - 2-5 yearsQualification - Graduate/Post GraduateResponsibilities:Affiliate Program Management:Onboard, manage, and nurture affiliate network / partners, coupon sites, and influencer networks.Ensure timely communication of offers, promotions, and creatives to affiliates.Performance & Optimization:Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics (sales, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).Optimize campaigns and identify high-performing affiliates to maximize ROI.Collaboration & Coordination:Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure affiliates get updated creatives and landing pages.Collaborate with finance to manage affiliate payouts and resolve discrepancies.Strategy & Growth:Research and onboard new affiliates to expand program reach.Benchmark against competitors and suggest new campaign ideas to scale revenue.Requirements:2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in e-commerce or D2C).Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (eg. Admitad, Trackier).Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-backed decisions.Good communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to juggle multiple partners and campaigns at once.
