Affiliate Marketing Specialist

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, your role will involve managing and growing the affiliate program to drive revenue and expand reach. Your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding, managing, and nurturing affiliate network/partners, coupon sites, and influencer networks. - Ensuring timely communication of offers, promotions, and creatives to affiliates. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting affiliate performance metrics such as sales, ROI, and conversion rates. - Optimizing campaigns and identifying high-performing affiliates to maximize ROI. - Collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to provide affiliates with updated creatives and landing pages. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Research and onboard new affiliates to expand program reach. - Benchmark against competitors and suggest new campaign ideas to scale revenue. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce or D2C. - Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like Admitad and Trackier. - Strong analytical skills to make data-backed decisions. - Good communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously. This position offers the opportunity to work in Ahmedabad with working days from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and 2nd & 4th Saturdays off.
