About the Role:

CPL Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage

  international affiliates and publishers

  for CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns.
• Drive high-quality lead generation in multi-geo markets (Tier 1 preferred: US, UK, Canada, AUS, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using platforms like

  Trackier, Tune, Affise, HasOffers, etc.

• Ensure traffic compliance, lead quality, and fraud control.
• Build long-term partnerships with top-performing affiliates and networks.
• Collaborate with internal teams for creative, tracking, and offer setup.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in affiliate lead generation.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of affiliate marketing experience, with focus on

  international CPL campaigns

  .
• Strong knowledge of affiliate tools, tracking platforms, and lead quality metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in lead verticals like

  finance, iGaming, SaaS, or EdTech

  is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
