Affiliate - Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard, and manage

  international advertisers, agencies, and affiliates

  .
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with publishers and affiliates to deliver quality traffic at scale.
• Negotiate global deals with competitive payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI) across regions.
• Drive campaign success through performance monitoring, optimization, and ROI-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, account management, operations) for seamless execution.
• Identify new geographies and verticals for revenue expansion.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline, provide revenue forecasts, and present growth reports to leadership.
• Represent the company at

  international affiliate events, expos, and networking forums

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in

  Business Development / Affiliate Marketing / Performance Network Sales

  with

  international client exposure

  .
• Strong understanding of global digital advertising and performance-based models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI).
• Proven track record of acquiring advertisers and affiliates in

  APAC, Middle East, US, or EU markets

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-growth environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with global affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, Trackier, Cake, etc.).
• Multilingual skills or prior experience working with diverse cultural markets.
• Established network of advertisers/publishers in key regions.
