Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Oracle Security

RMC

team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional security and compliance services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique security requirements and providing them with effective solutions to manage risks associated with their Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' Oracle systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance gaps.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies and controls to safeguard clients' Oracle systems and data.
  • Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to proactively detect and address potential threats.
  • Collaborate with clients' IT and security teams to establish and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients in configuring and optimizing their Oracle security tools, such as Oracle Advanced Security, Oracle Database Vault, and Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices to continuously enhance our services.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle security risk management and compliance, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle database technologies, architecture, and security frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle security tools and features, such as Oracle Advanced Security, Oracle Database Vault, Oracle Audit Vault and Database Firewall, and Oracle Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience conducting security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOX.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest Oracle security trends and technologies.
