Description
Role & responsibilities Working experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS XML, Python. Must have good administrative knowledge on the various modules in AEM - publishers, Replications, user management, package installation, ACL, Useradmin, Tools. Must have good experience on AEM 6.0, 6.5, Cloud with the architectural knowledge of both CRX2 and OAK repositories. Candidate should work on rotational shifts including weekends if required. Working knowledge in python and java Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks. Provide expertise supporting Adobe Experience Cloud applications to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of systems and applications. Utilize logging and monitoring tools to detect and resolve incidents, optimize performance, and prevent downtime. Hands-on experience with at least one IT Service Management (ITSM) tool such as ServiceNow or Remedy for efficient incident management and change ticket processes. Good analytical troubleshooting skills, attention to details; Strong communication skills Competent with Unix commands (for example, accessing remote servers, working with file systems, searching logs using regular expressions, configuration, security, and troubleshooting Preferred candidate profile Working knowledge in Linux based OS Shell scripting Good to have knowledge on Continuous Integration and building tools such as Jenkins sundeckck Basic knowledge on Kibana, Nagios and AppDynamic, Grafana, PagerDuty, NewRelic for monitoring Basic knowledge on Confluence, Service Now, Jira tool.
