AEM Developer

As an experienced professional in AEM solutions, your role will involve developing and implementing AEM-based solutions that ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate with teams to integrate AEM components seamlessly. Additionally, you will design and architect AEM solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and our clients" IT standards. Your responsibilities will also include creating and customizing AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows to meet specific project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing AEM-based solutions with a focus on high performance, reliability, and scalability - Collaborating to integrate AEM components seamlessly - Designing and architecting AEM solutions based on business requirements - Creating and customizing AEM components, dialogs, widgets, templates, and workflows to meet project requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AEM - Proficiency in programming Web Technologies like JSP, JavaScript, Angular/React with LIT framework (preferably), XML, XPATH, AJAX, jQuery, Adobe APIs, Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, Apache Web Server - Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, and enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring - Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, with AEM as a cloud service experience preferred - 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Adobe solutions - Experience in defining component structures, path management, Vanity URLs, Asset, Dynamic Media, and Tag management - Good understanding of UX and web components; Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM as a cloud service - Knowledge of other Adobe technologies (Content supply chain, AEP, Target) - Ability to perform Adobe Product Administrative tasks including infrastructure setup, performance optimization, and security - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM),
