AEM Developer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AEM Sites Development: Design and build robust AEM Sites solutions: components (HTL/Sightly), templates, dialogs, client-libs, Sling models, OSGi services, workflows, and JCR queries. Implement content models (content/experience fragments, policies) for multi-brand and multi-locale scalability. Integrate AEM with third-party APIs (CRM, analytics, marketing platforms) using secure patterns.

• AEM Assets & DAM: Manage digital assets with metadata, renditions, and approvals; optimise DAM for search and SEO. Establish governance for tagging, versioning, and asset lifecycle.

• AEM Forms Ownership: Lead AEM Forms development and configuration, including reCAPTCHA v3.0, gated assets, and Salesforce integration. Ensure secure data capture and reliable submission workflows.

• System Configuration & Administration: Configure OSGi bundles, replication agents, dispatcher caching/CDN rules, and ACLs. Manage SSL certificates, service credentials, and environment tuning for high availability.

• Cloud Manager & DevOps: Own Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines; troubleshoot build/deploy issues and coordinate with AMS. Support CI/CD best practices and release management.

• Workflow & Publishing: Develop and maintain workflow models; monitor publishing queues; resolve replication issues.

• Security & Compliance: Apply secure coding practices; monitor audit logs; ensure compliance with licensing and enterprise security standards.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Track site/asset analytics; generate operational reports on publishing, broken links, and performance metrics.

• Customization & Scripting: Develop reusable components, templates, and automation scripts (Groovy, Sling, JCR queries). Collaborate with UX/UI and QA teams for platform enhancements.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with stakeholders for technical decisions; mentor junior developers; facilitate knowledge transfer.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years experience in AEM development and administration.

• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, workflows, OSGi, dispatcher, and system monitoring.

• Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, security, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Adobe certification; experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, CRXDE Lite, scripting, and web analytics.

WORK LOCATION:

• Pune / Raipur / Remote (For remote employees, travel to Raipur will be required for onboarding and for a two-week period every quarter).
