Roles and Responsibilities: Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly Sites and Assets modules. Apply strong analytical skills to validate functionality and ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct functional QA testing to verify business requirements and use cases. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including developers, product owners, and managers. Possess basic hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium; capable of writing and executing automated test scripts. Adapt to lead QA efforts for projects when required, coordinating test planning and execution. For senior positions, demonstrate strong skills in either automation testing or Product Owner (PO) responsibilities, excelling in at least one area. Key Skills: Proven experience in AEM QA testing. Sound understanding of AEM Sites and Assets modules. Strong functional QA expertise. Excellent communication skills. Basic to intermediate experience with Selenium automation. Ability to step into QA lead roles and responsibilities. Senior candidates must have advanced skills in automation or product ownership.

Develop EDS-compatible templates/components, implement reusable structures, integrate Adobe Commerce data, support content migration to AEM Assets, configure EDS pipelines, resolve rendering issues, and follow Adobe best practices. Required Candidate profile 5+ years of front-end and Adobe EDS/Cloud Migration experience; expertise in HTML/CSS/JS; GraphQL & Adobe Commerce integration; AEM Assets handling; Adobe App Builder/API experience is a plus.

Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish with strong sense of ownership and accountability demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical cross-functional stakeholders. Proven track record of managing complex projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities within large global teams, while driving team performance through superb organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Skilled in nurturing self-organizing, high-performing teams via servant leadership, individual coaching, and mentoring. Attention to detail and proven effectiveness in driving team performance. Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner (Required); SAFe Scrum Master (SCM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a must. Open to working flexible hours as per business needs. Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) and General Marketing Website Design. Proficiency in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Form, AEM tools such as Adobe Experience Manager Forms, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics is a plus. Good knowledge of AEM applications using AEM Components and Templates, Workflows, Taxonomy, Metadata Management, Content Authoring, and Publishing Pages, Tagging, Designs wireframes using Figma/Adobe XD, etc. Technical knowledge of marketing technologies and digital marketing channels is a plus
