About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic BPO team as Customer Care Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow communication guidelines and company processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in
English + Tamil
or
English + Malayalam
.
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Age: 18 years and above.
