To strengthen our revenue growth, we are looking for a dynamic Ad-Sales Manager who can lead our advertising sales operations and drive business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve advertising sales targets for JMD News (TV, digital & on-ground).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch innovative advertising solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → client servicing.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create customized ad packages and sponsorship deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in ad-sales, media sales, or business development (experience in TV news, print, radio, or digital media will be an added advantage).
• Strong network of advertisers and agencies in Uttar Pradesh/regional markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
