To strengthen our revenue growth, we are looking for a dynamic Ad-Sales Manager who can lead our advertising sales operations and drive business partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to achieve advertising sales targets for JMD News (TV, digital & on-ground). Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and pitch innovative advertising solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → client servicing. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create customized ad packages and sponsorship deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in ad-sales, media sales, or business development (experience in TV news, print, radio, or digital media will be an added advantage). Strong network of advertisers and agencies in Uttar Pradesh/regional markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
