Role Overview

Ad Sales Manager

• Building and managing relationships with advertisers and agencies.
• Driving ad revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships.
• Educating businesses about the benefits of advertising on AdTip.
• Closing deals, negotiating rates, and ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard advertisers across industries (e-commerce, FMCG, local businesses, startups, agencies, etc.).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly ad revenue targets.
• Pitch AdTip as an innovative alternative to platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to create attractive ad packages.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers and media agencies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and case studies for potential clients.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and ad campaign outcomes.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in 

  digital ad sales, media buying, or business development

  .
• Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic ads, and media planning.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a startup environment.
