Role Overview:

We are seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist to help AdTip secure funding and build strong relationships with investors. You will be responsible for fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and deal execution, playing a critical role in scaling our global platform.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential investors (VCs, angels, strategic partners).
• Prepare and present pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
• Advise on funding terms, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Keep investors updated on milestones, growth metrics, and strategic plans.

Qualifications:

• Experience in venture capital, fundraising, or investor relations.
• Strong network of investors and understanding of startup funding cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work directly with founders and leadership.
• Passion for AI, ad-tech, and innovative digital platforms is a plus.
