Global Analytics Specialists are experienced individual contributors who engage and work with Business users to understand the Analytical needs and design, develop and deploy dashboards and reports in the most efficient and effective way leading to step changes in business insight

Responsibilities 职责

Key Activities, Tasks:

• Engage and work with business to understand the activities, systems and data, and determine how to advance analytics and business intelligence reporting to provide step changes in business insight.
• Create reports & dashboards for the user community according to specifications and expectations with a global perspective.
• Collaborate with Regional Analytics teams to share key learnings, leverage ideas and solutions and to propagate best practices.
• Follow approved Analytics development model and ensure privacy, security and adherence to development standards/standard tools
• Keep up to date with the latest technology developments on Analytics. Identify opportunities to apply new ideas to old problems so that the team always is on the cutting edge, always one step ahead.
• Work with the Business Intelligence data specialists/architects to create new data models & define new data sources.
• Ensure that Analytical solutions are responsive, reliable, accurate and up to date.
• Lead projects that include other team members and participate in projects led by other team members. Own deployment, adoption and sustainability of the dashboards/reports
  

Qualifications 要求

Tools:

• Excel, Power BI , Alteryx Designer, SharePoint , SAP, SAP BW
  

Skills

• Experience and expertise on Power BI, Alteryx Designer, Excel (advanced)
• Exposure to Business Intelligence related tools (Salesforce Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/BI, Snowflake), SharePoint (Sites and lists)
• Exposure to Microsoft Power tools (Power App, Power Automate)
• Experience in Data Scientist type of roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce data structure and concepts
• Project Management skills, Change Management including excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Exposure to Customer Service, Logistics or Commercial area is desired
• Master or bachelor’s degree in math, science, engineering, IT or related area.
