Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an Advanced Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of scaling campaigns, optimizing large ad budgets, and delivering exceptional performance across Search, Display, Shopping, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is not just certified, but strategically sharp, data-driven, and highly skilled in execution . This role requires more than routine campaign management—we need someone who can audit, strategize, innovate, and continuously improve performance , aligning paid media with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage sophisticated Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Execute detailed keyword research, ad group structuring, and audience segmentation. Continuously optimize campaigns through bid strategy, budget allocation, ad copy testing, and landing page analysis. Monitor and interpret key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, Quality Score, and conversion rates. Use Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and performance attribution. Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to align campaigns with business goals. Stay updated with the latest Google Ads innovations, beta features, and algorithm changes. Requirements 1-2+ years of advanced, hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts with substantial budgets. Mastery of Google Ads interface, campaign types, audience strategies, and advanced bid optimization. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Ads, GTM, Data Studio, and other reporting tools. Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues, tag setup, and attribution discrepancies. Experience with Shopping campaigns and Google Merchant Center (especially for ecommerce). Excellent communication and reporting skills with a strategic mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience using automation tools, custom scripts, or AI-based optimization platforms. Knowledge of CRO principles and experience running multivariate or landing page tests. Background in ecommerce, lead generation, or SaaS marketing. Google Ads certification is appreciated but not required —real-world results matter most. What We Offer Competitive salary.
