About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner with 6 to 9 years of experience to lead our requirements engineering efforts. You'll play a critical role in defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

What You Will Do

1. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

2. Prioritization: Prioritize requirements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

3. Product Backlog Management: Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.

4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and engineering teams, to ensure requirements are well-understood and met.

5. Product Vision: Develop and maintain a clear product vision, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Technical Skills:

• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

2. Experience:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in product ownership or requirements engineering
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing

3. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands

Bonus Points if You Have

1. Technical Background: Experience in a technical field, such as software development or engineering.

2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive or technology industry.

3. Certifications: Certifications in product ownership or requirements engineering, such as CSPO or CPRE.
