Key Responsibilities Architecture And Design

• Architect and design end-to-end scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging various Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Vlocity, B2B Commerce Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and design documents.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce features, functionalities, and custom development approaches to meet client needs.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and performance Leadership and Team Collaboration :
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance engineers.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best Management :
• Design, develop, and manage seamless integrations between Salesforce and various third-party systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating with systems such as Zuora, PayPal, Service Now, and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system Development and Implementation :
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex programming, Visualforce Pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce configurations.
• Build and deploy custom user interfaces and functionalities to enhance user experience and meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and implement unit tests and participate in system integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of developed Management and Delivery :
• Oversee Salesforce projects from conceptualization through deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and proactively address any potential roadblocks.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet or exceed client Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
• Present technical solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner, addressing their concerns and providing expert guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and ensuring client and Knowledge Sharing :
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and internal teams on new Salesforce features and Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives by documenting technical solutions, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology (B.Tech/M.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related : Possess a strong portfolio of Salesforce certifications, including :
• Salesforce Certified Associate (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Desired)
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect (Desired)
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect (Desired)
• Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect :
• Minimum of 6 to 9 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of successful Salesforce implementations across various industries, including but not limited to automotive, media, education, telecommunications, banking, and marketing.
• Experience working on complex Salesforce projects with multiple integrations and custom development Skills :
• Expertise in various Salesforce platforms and clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Vlocity, B2B Commerce Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
• Solid understanding of Visualforce Pages and their integration with Apex.
• Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and a strong understanding of integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security models, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git)
