Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive professional to join as a AdOps Manager – In-App Monetization & Strategy. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth from in-app inventory by leading monetization strategy, optimizing ad placements, managing campaigns end-to-end, and collaborating closely with internal teams (sales, product, developers) as well as external partners.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in app monetization on the publisher side, understands the evolving ad tech ecosystem, and can take ownership by identifying opportunities, solving issues proactively, and driving innovation


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the in-app monetization strategy to maximize revenue while ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Manage ad campaigns end-to-end including setup, trafficking, optimization, pacing, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Define and implement ad placement strategies to balance yield and user engagement.
  • Work closely with app developers to integrate and optimize SDKs, mediation platforms, and ad networks.
  • Partner with sales teams to support campaign launches, inventory forecasting, targeting strategies, and delivery.
  • Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve fill rates, CPMs, and ARPU.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and partners to bring new ideas and innovations.
  • Act as the go-to person for monetization issues, proactively identifying and fixing gaps before they escalate.



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 3+ years focused on in-app monetization on the publisher side.
  • Strong knowledge of ad mediation platforms (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, MoPub, Unity Ads, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management platforms, SSPs, and programmatic demand sources.
  • Proven expertise in ad operations, yield management, and revenue optimization.
  • Solid understanding of SDK integrations and troubleshooting with developer teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product, and tech teams.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and capable of taking initiatives with minimal supervision.
