Admissions Manager

💻 Laptop Mandatory | 📍 Location: Pune | ⚡ Purpose-driven role

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process: inquiries, campus tours, application handling, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with prospective parents, understanding their aspirations and guiding them through our philosophy.
• Plan and execute admission drives, open houses, and parent engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions conversions.
• Collaborate with the leadership and communications team on marketing and outreach.
• Ensure smooth communication between parents, learners, and facilitators during admissions.

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Business/Marketing preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in

  school admissions / parent relations / sales & marketing / customer engagement

  .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Ability to present the school’s vision with clarity and warmth.
• Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools or admissions management systems.
