Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from various sources for the courses offered on the platform
• Connect with the inquiries generated from marketing campaigns for the product and
• accurately address their questions about the product.
• Convert inquiries for the program into course enrollments.
• Understand the requirements of prospective students and assist them with the
• appropriate solution/product.
• Guide prospective learners through the application and enrollment process.
• Carry out other sales support activities/processes as defined by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in student admissions or customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
