Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, helping them explore and select the most suitable UG/PG programs according to their academic goals and interests.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen lead relationships through consistent follow-ups, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
• Understand each student’s unique needs and deliver accurate, well-informed course recommendations to support their career choices.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for admissions, sales, and enrollments while maintaining high-quality interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for every student.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–1 year (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Strong persuasive abilities and confidence in guiding students toward the right educational paths.
