Strategic Leadership Lead the establishment and operationalization of TSMS Nagpur, aligning with the broader vision and values of The Shri Ram Millennium Schools. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the school’s academic, infrastructural, and cultural development. Set short- and long-term goals for academic performance, staff growth, student admissions, and community engagement. 2. Academic Excellence Oversee the design and implementation of a rigorous, progressive curriculum that meets national and TSMS standards. Promote innovative pedagogical practices and integrate technology to enhance learning outcomes. Monitor academic performance and drive initiatives for continuous improvement. 3. Faculty Recruitment and Development Lead the recruitment of high-quality educators and administrative staff. Build a strong, motivated team aligned with TSMS values. Foster a culture of continuous professional development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback. 4. Student-Centric Environment Create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students. Support the holistic development of students—academically, socially, emotionally, and ethically. Encourage co-curricular and extra-curricular engagement to enrich student experiences. 5. Culture and Community Building Embed the TSMS ethos—integrity, innovation, empathy, and excellence—into the daily life of the school. Build a strong school culture rooted in respect, diversity, and collaboration. Establish partnerships with parents, alumni, local authorities, and community stakeholders. 6. Operations and Compliance Work closely with the central team to oversee infrastructure development and school readiness. Ensure all regulatory requirements and affiliations (CBSE/ICSE/IB, etc.) are met and maintained. Manage school finances, budgets, and resource allocation in coordination with the management. 7. Brand Representation Serve as the face of TSMS Nagpur in the local and national educational community. Represent the school at public forums, educational conferences, and media engagements. Drive admissions strategy through outreach, open houses, and partnerships. Experience: Minimum 10 years of administrative experience needed
