Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in students. Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career pathways. Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure efficient lead conversion. Coordinate with partner colleges for admissions, documentation, and seat updates. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/Excel tools. Achieve monthly admission targets and support overall centre performance. Promote and facilitate student participation in StudyCups Education Fairs. 🔹 Candidate Requirements Graduation in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred). 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or telecalling. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
