Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will manage the admissions process, provide guidance to potential students, and answer queries regarding academic programs. Key responsibilities include engaging prospective students, explaining program benefits, and maintaining positive relationships while ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves supporting individuals through their admissions journey and contributing to enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service etiquette and a passion for helping and guiding potential students
• Experience and aptitude in Sales and consultative communication
• A background in the field of Education or experience in admissions counseling is beneficial
• Proactive with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site at our Noida office
