Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at our New Delhi office. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, assist them in understanding our programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support to prospective students, fostering strong communication, and achieving enrollment targets by effectively presenting program value and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and professional communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide exceptional support
• Experience or skills in sales and familiarity with educational programs
• Knowledge of the education sector and a passion for enabling career transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience in counseling or sales is a plus
