Job Summary:

Pallavi International School, Sagar Road, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Admission Counselor to manage the student enrollment process. The counselor will guide prospective students and parents through admission procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The role involves active engagement with the local community, student outreach, and admissions coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment & Outreach:
• Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and conduct school tours, open house events, and orientation sessions.
• Represent the school at education fairs, community events, and promotional activities in and around Exit 12, Bongulur Gate, Chintapallyguda, and Mangalapally.
• Counseling & Guidance:
• Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, extracurricular activities, and academic programs.
• Guide parents on admission criteria, fee structures, and scholarship options.
• Address concerns regarding CBSE guidelines, school policies, and student development opportunities.
• Application & Enrollment Processing:
• Review and process admission applications while ensuring all documents are complete.
• Coordinate entrance tests or interviews, if applicable.
• Maintain student records and admission status in the school’s database.
• Collaboration & Follow-up:
• Work closely with the school administration and faculty to support new student transitions.
• Follow up with parents regarding document submissions, fee payments, and enrollment confirmation.
• Provide periodic reports on admissions trends and targets.
• Compliance & Professionalism:
• Ensure that all admissions comply with CBSE regulations and school policies.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
• Ability to build relationships with parents, students, and local communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for admission tracking.
• Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and school education system is a plus.
