Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Admissions Counselor to join our team at OWIS, Sarjapur. The role involves guiding prospective families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience, and supporting the school in achieving enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and counsel prospective parents on OWIS programs and admissions. Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and open houses. Manage the admissions process including applications, assessments, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions. Support marketing and outreach activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education/Management/Marketing). Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions/counseling, preferably in an IB school. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
