Admissions Counselor

Starglazze Film and Television Academy is a premier institute offering professional courses in Acting, Film Direction, Script Writing, Cinematography, Editing, and other domains of Film & Television. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor with excellent communication skills and experience in student counselling to join our team.

Admission Counsellor

Location:

Pune – FC Road

Key Responsibilities:

·      Interact with prospective students and provide information about courses and programs offered by the academy.

·      Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.

·      Handle admission-related queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

·      Maintain follow-up with leads and ensure smooth conversion into admissions.

·      Provide counselling sessions to students and parents regarding career opportunities in Film & Television industry.

·      Maintain admission records and reports in an organized manner.

·      Work collaboratively with the academic and marketing teams to achieve admission targets.

Key Requirements:

·      Graduation in any discipline (preferred background in Mass Communication, Media, or related fields).

·      Proven experience in counselling or admission-related roles (minimum 1–3 years).

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to connect with students and parents effectively.

·      Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

·      Passion for guiding students towards career growth in the creative industry.

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Good Incentives
