Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site position located in Chandigarh, India. The role involves engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information about our courses, and guiding them to make informed decisions about their education paths. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting consultations to address applicant needs, building strong relationships with students, assisting in sales and enrollment processes, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to connect effectively with prospective students.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales to ensure smooth admissions processes.
• Passion for Education and understanding of academic or skill-based training programs.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and manage tasks efficiently.
