Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counselor located in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Counselor will engage with prospective students and clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Sales experience with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Organizational skills for efficient client follow-ups and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic knowledge of digital tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in education or training sectors will be an advantage
