Job Location: Gurgaon (After Training)
Training Location: Chandigarh
Training Duration: 15–20 Days (Unpaid)
Salary: Starts After Successful Completion of Training
Agreement: 2-Year Employment Agreement with the Company
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 1 Day (Monday to Friday – Alternate basis)
Saturday & Sunday: Working Days

Training Details:

• Duration: 15 to 20 Days
• Type: Unpaid
• Location: Chandigarh
• Purpose: Training on company services, sales process, face-to-face counseling techniques, client handling, CRM, and conversion strategies

Job Location (After Training):

Gurgaon Branch – Full-Time

Company Policy:

• Mandatory 2-Year Agreement with the company
• Early exit permitted only after 1 year with 30–45 days’ notice period
• Exceptions only in genuine cases (marriage, permanent relocation, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales counseling with walk-in and scheduled clients
• Understand client concerns related to skin, health, wellness, weight management, etc.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans and wellness packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain proper follow-ups, client records, and feedback
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk team
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building
• Participate in promotional activities and lead-generation initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of face-to-face sales experience
• (Mandatory experience in Skin, Health, Wellness, Clinic, Salon, or Healthcare industry)
• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream preferred)

• Strong communication, convincing, and counseling skills
• Presentable personality with customer-oriented mindset
• Target-driven, confident, and result-focused approach
• Willingness to complete 15–20 days unpaid training in Chandigarh
• Ready to relocate to Gurgaon after training
• Comfortable with 6 days working and weekday alternate off systemWork Timings:
