Human Resources Intern

As a motivated HR Intern at PadhoLikho, you will have the opportunity to support our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves tasks such as resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Additionally, you will support onboarding and induction processes for new employees, maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications. You will also have the chance to contribute to HR policy documentation and operational support, as well as work on special HR projects as assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a basic understanding of HR functions and processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools would be an advantage. The ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, coupled with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail, will be key to your success. This internship opportunity is open to students and fresh graduates in HR, Business, or related fields. The location is Remote/Hybrid, with a duration of 6 months.
