About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist prospective students and parents visiting the center.
• Conduct

  admission counseling sessions

  and explain course details.
• Coordinate with center management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain student records and follow up on inquiries.
• Achieve monthly

  admission targets

  and report progress.
• Handle telephonic and online inquiries professionally.
• Support marketing initiatives and events at the center as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Customer-focused and result-driven

Eligibility:

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in

  admissions, counseling, or front-office operations

• Willing to work at

  Airoli, Navi Mumbai

  , with timings

  12 PM – 8 PM
