Admission Counsellor B2B Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

B2B & Institutional Partnerships

Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with vendors, sourcing partners, training agencies, and recruitment channels.

Lead end-to-end vendor management including onboarding, performance tracking, compliance, and accountability.

Collaborate with colleges, universities, coaching centres, and training institutes to source high-quality candidates.

Drive strategic alliances to strengthen and scale our talent supply ecosystem.

Institutional Outreach & Representation

Represent Crack-ED during institutional meetings, seminars, job fairs, and partnership events.

Act as the key spokesperson for collaboration activities, ensuring strong visibility and trust among partners.

Admission & Counselling Support

Counsel prospective candidates sourced through partners about relevant programs, eligibility, and career pathways.

Guide students through the application, evaluation, and enrollment process to ensure seamless admissions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversion metrics, and partner performance.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, training, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of B2B initiatives.

Develop sourcing strategies to meet monthly/quarterly admission and pipeline targets.
