Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Howrah Maidan. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing detailed information about our educational programs and resources. This includes handling inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings, maintaining communication channels, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive enrollment experience. The role also involves coordinating and participating in events and workshops to promote our educational services.

Eligibilty:

• Fluent Communication and Negotiable skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience (0-6months)
• Background in Education or relevant field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Language proficiency : English and Hindi OR Bengali.

Salary :

1. Min Salary ( 8-12k ) per month.
2. Necessary allowances will be there .
3. Performance based Bonuses.

Working Hours:

Tuesday to Sunday : 10 Am to 7pm.

Monday And Festive Days are OFF.
