As an Admission Counsellor at Winmore Academy, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students and their families through our admission process. Additionally, you will conduct informative sessions and presentations about Winmore Academy's offerings, admission criteria, and benefits. Maintaining regular communication with prospective students throughout the admission process, including follow-up calls, emails, and meetings, will be essential to ensure a positive experience for all applicants. You will be responsible for database management, maintaining accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions. Collaboration with academic and administrative teams is crucial to ensure alignment on admission policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will assist in organizing promotional events, open houses, and school tours to attract potential students, contributing to the overall marketing efforts of Winmore Academy. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience in admission counseling, student services, or a similar role, preferably in an educational setting, is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with database management are essential for success in this position.
