Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Admission Counselor to guide students and working professionals in choosing the right UG/PG programs based on their goals and interests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Counsel students on academic and career paths aligned with their interests.
  • Recommend suitable UG/PG programs and explain course details, fees, and admission processes.
  • Handle calls, follow up with leads, and drive conversion.
  • Build trust and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.
  • Update student records and progress in CRM.
  • Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (education or counseling background preferred).
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in counseling, EdTech, or educational sales.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, organized, and student-focused.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
