Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located at our Whitefield, Bengaluru campus. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on courses and programs, assisting with application procedures, and conducting interviews. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries through various communication channels, maintaining accurate records, conducting campus tours, and participating in recruiting activities and events. The role entails developing strong relationships with prospective students and ensuring a smooth and positive admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in admissions or a similar role is a plus
