Job Description:

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor to support student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling to prospective students and parents
• Guide applicants on admission requirements, eligibility, and deadlines
• Assist with application completion and documentation
• Coordinate with academic and finance teams to address student queries
• Maintain applicant data using CRM systems
• Support enrollment targets and recruitment activities
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or academic counselling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
